Dao Origin ships ritual objects, incense, and symbolic goods with careful handling and protective packaging. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, or quality checks, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you when appropriate.

Shipping destinations
Available shipping destinations may vary by product, carrier, and local import rules. If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you to correct the address, choose an alternative method, or cancel and refund the order where necessary.

Estimated delivery time
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs inspection, weather, local holidays, or other events outside our control. Estimated delivery begins after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, package weight, package size, and carrier availability. Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only under the stated conditions.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, building, postal code, phone number, and any information required by the carrier. Dao Origin is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other local charges required by their country or region. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control.

Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned because of unpaid duties or taxes, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any refund may be reduced by original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier charges, customs charges, and handling costs.

Lost, delayed, or marked delivered packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help review the tracking information. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, building reception, household members, and neighbors. We may need carrier confirmation before a replacement or refund can be reviewed.

Damaged packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep the item, packaging, shipping box, and label. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue with the carrier and determine the next step.

Delivery restrictions
Some incense, fragrance, wood, botanical, metal, or natural-material products may be subject to local import restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may be imported into their destination country or region.
