Dao Origin orders are prepared from China or Asia-based fulfillment partners. We aim to keep delivery clear, traceable, and carefully handled, while being transparent about customs, local carriers, and cross-border timing.
Order Preparation
Most orders are prepared within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, product restocks, or manual quality checks, preparation may take longer.
If an item needs extra handling, we will contact you when possible.
Estimated Delivery
Standard international delivery is usually estimated at 7-20 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs processing, weather, holidays, and local carrier conditions.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking can take several days to update after a parcel enters the carrier system or passes through customs.
If tracking appears inactive for an unusual period, contact us and we will help review the shipment status.
